Good place and many people.

Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.

First of all I just want to mention our butlers this 2 ladies made the difference from a bad experience to a good one. Our butlers Tete and Val went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to celebrate my husband birthday. Gracias chicas!! There a few other staff that was great specially Ervin or Irvin I don’t remember how he spell his name he was THE BEST bartender also a shout out to Pablo. Now what we didn’t like was the hotel is BORING!! the adult area is lacking of entertainment. They will play one or two hours of music and then take all the equipment and leave. Some of the bartender at the swimming pool (adult pool) was rude and look like they don’t want to be there. Food was ok I would say 7/10 but that is standard with all inclusive. I think the resort is beautiful but need a lot of little details to be fix. I hope they do because I stayed in the pass at elegance and our experience was 10/10
