Everything about this property was lovely! From the moment we got there the staff was very friendly. Day two we noticed AC was not cooling down very well, it was fixed right away. They helped us get a golf cart for a day. They arranged for our taxi to pick us up to take us to the ferry on departure day. The pool was perfect after a beach day! It overlooked the ocean and was just beautiful. There's an outdoor pool bar right near the main pool. There are three pools in total. The rooms were clean and simple. Had everything you needed. Shower was hot! The entire hotel was as pictured and within walking distance to everything you need! Playa Norte was a short 5 minute walk. We will definitely return and would highly recommend

Property was in ok condition, was very quiet and restful. Pool area gets some shade in the afternoon which was a blessed relief from the heat of the afternoon. Confirm any amenities you may want, as some may not be available and not noted online.

Beautiful small boutique hotel in a perfect location right off the hustle and bustle of Playa Norte and 2 blocks from Hidalgo. Ground floor King rooms walk right out to the pool and the beach. Private cove and the most incredible sunrises. No frills as far as amenities, no restaurant on site, but easy to get food delivered, there is a small pool bar. Staff was helpful, rooms were clean. Overall great, quiet, relaxing experience.

Let me say that the location was great , the view from Balcony was awesome and the bed was comfortable. That being said the beach was pretty much not swimmable except for a small portion due to rocks. The pool was nice but needed to be cleaned more frequently , they didn't run the filter most of the day. There was construction and room repairs going in several rooms while we were there, painting, tile work, banging concrete, moving furniture that some days went till after 8 pm. I realize repairs and work needs to be done and we were there during the off season , but 8pm is a little late in the evening to be working and making loud noises. The amenities showed laundry but there was no laundry available , we stayed 9 days and hade to take our laundry outside the hotel to get it done. It would have been nice to do it onsite. The staff was very friendly and attentive , and we did get to see baby turtles at night hatching and making their way to the ocean from the pool , which was pretty cool. The lack of laundry facilities the beach not useable and the late evening construction was the reason for the 3 star rating.

Great location! Room was clean, ample space and the air conditioning worked great. Only complaint about the room was it was tricky to get the water temperature to a good temp and the water pressure was non existent which made it difficult to rinse your hair. The pool area was very nice as well as the beach. All staff we encountered were very nice.
