โI stayed at this property for a month with my kids. The staff were very friendly and warm. The breakfast was Turkish breakfast and they serve the same options every morning so my kids did not like that there was no variety. The rooms were clean and they cleaned the rooms daily. The area around the hotel is a bit old. However it was very safe and close to a mall called Historia that has a variety of fast food restaurants and shopping. It was also close to a park that my kids enjoyed walking to at...

โ1. Noisy from the streets and other room was so loud. Hotel has no good soundproofing at all even though closing the windows.
2. The breakfast is terrible.
3. Bad smells from draining pipe.
Only good one is parking lot. โ

โI absolutely love this hotel. The location is really good, just off the main road. The rooms are large and plenty of sunlight. We were upgraded to the 4th floor with a terrace. Wow what a view and just love sitting there soaking up the sun. The staff are really friendly and the place is clean and efficient. Its not as fancy as other hotels and the breakfast is fairly simple but other than that i cannot fault it. Highly recommend it. โ
โThe employee were amazing, kind and very helpful. A special thanks to the reservation manager - Suat- he managed to help and solve a very complicated reservation -change dates situation - very grateful - God bless him!

โI have to say the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, the bedding was fresh and it is incredibly convenient for exploring the old part of Istanbul.
The only reason I didn't give an excellent for property condition is because the lift wasn't working while I was there. But that was a minor inconvenience in what was a wonderful stay. โ
