โI received a lovely welcome despite my late arrival The room was lovely and clean and quiet. As a woman travelling on my own I felt very safe and well looked after. Breakfast was really lovely. I hope to return and hopefully have tome for dinner next time! โ
โVery modern, clean and spacious room above a quirky parlour bar. Parking available at the station which is more or less next door. 10 mins walk to the city centre. โ
โSomething a bit different, an old converted mill where the water still passes through the restaurant!
Staff were spot on, nothing too much problem.
Building is bent and twisted with age, so not much is straight and uneven squeaky floorboard adds to the character.
Breakfast is in the bar in the morning, evening meals either in the restaurant or in the large beer garden, over looking the mill stream.
You can also have a beer sitting out the front, watching people pass on the busy town walk path,...
โI was literally 6 minutes away from the cathedral and the main shopping. The hotel was very quaint. Breakfast was excellent as was the staff. I wish I had had time to use the enormous tub!โ
โWe have just returned from stopping here and I'll have to say we've had a wonderul stay. The room is very well kept very clean it is absolutely beautiful. The host's are so friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. We had a delicious breakfast included in the price.
The location is ideal for exploring salisbury and the beautiful cathedral and only a short drive away is Stonehenge. We would definitely recommend a room in the garden as a pefect place to stay.

โFabulous gem great location, super friendly staff, real old world charm, something thats increasingly hard to find, so good we wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately it was fully occupied.
โ
โOur bedroom was in the older part of the hotel, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Our room was quiet even though you are above some of the other parts of the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. It was a very relaxing hotel with great staff, โ
โBeautiful, cosy 14th century inn with rooms. Picture postcard perfect and in a great location for walks and a short drive to Tisbury High Street.
Food in the pub was excellent as was choice of drinks.
Plenty of car parking right oppositeโ
โI had a very lovely stay here, Jack and Alex W on the front desk where very helpful as well. The bar staff were fabulous as well, especially Maddie, who was very friendly. June in the breakfast room in the morning was very kind and polite as well. I stayed in one of the apartments across the car park which was very modern and had an area where you can cook. (Although I couldnโt see and frying or saucepans, I didnโt need to use any) but there was also a Nespresso coffee machine as well. There was...
