The property is amazing I’ve stayed here twice, and both times were great. The rooms could be a little bigger and the water pressure in the showers could use some work. Besides that everything else was amazing

Room was not ready at 4 pm check in line to check
It was an incredibly long wait. I had an event to attend at 6 p.m. and wanted to check in and get ready.
I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 p.m. after waiting in line twice. The first time, my room wasn’t ready, so I had to wait 5 minutes to join a line that was 30 minutes long.
The staff tried their best to move the line, but it was frustrating because I only had 20 minutes to get ready and rush out the door to arrive within minutes of my commitment.

Trying to park at the hotel was challenging, however once we found the parking garage across the street we were good. We had an amazing view on the 63rd floor. My only complaint was the shower smelled like mildew and the lack of hooks for towels to hang... Staff was great
