"We really did enjoy our stay overall, but I want to leave some information that may be helpful. We would go back, but maybe when there is more happening at the resort. Pros: all staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, in-room jacuzzi was nice, we had plenty of towels, complimentary bottled water and snacks in the room were a nice treat, the property is beautiful, restaurants have good food, environment is fun, parking is close, so many guests had dogs and that made us happy :) . Cons: Not happy about the $20 per day resort fee (I knew before I booked, I just don't understand why), in-room coffee was gross and the paper cups provided were flimsy, leaking faucets in the bathroom, dusty carpets around baseboards, service at restaurants was slow but good (could just be because we weren't there on peak days), The Lookout restaurant had a limited menu on Sunday so that was disappointing but our waiter was so nice, lookout glass decking was shattered in some places (eek!). Like I said, these cons are not enough to keep us from going back....it really is a neat place to stay!"

"Loved our stay at Arrive! The only downside to the hotel is that so damn many people from outside the property love the coffee shop and bar. LOL. Makes it hard to be there as a guest, it is so busy!"

"Terrible check in experience, huge queue, poor staff efficiency and room not ready. Hotel is nice but bar staff rude and not one bit welcoming. Area around hotel unsafe, dangerous, do not walk anywhere alone, deserted areas, almost dystopian it was so empty but also appears to be unsafe. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of the whole area. Went to Graceland the next day and was a sad experience. Such a shame to see Memphis has degenerated so much. "

"Our room was clean, but some things were not present: tissue paper, hair dryer, privacy sign, downstairs menu, WiFi instructions. The landline telephone basically worked, but the direct line buttons, i.e., Guest Services, Emergency, etc., did nothing when pressed."

"I did like this place, just a little upset you could only get water from the water fountain or restaurant/bar which is only open from 5pm-10pm with limited/bar food. Can supply water for guests i think would be considerate."
