Pear Tree Inn St. Louis Near Union Station
Air conditioning not working but management was prompt and very professional and quick to move us to another room. Second room air didn’t work initially and the carpet was stained and unclean. However the staff was amazing and super helpful. The staff is only reason we stayed.

Clayton Plaza Hotel & Extended Stay
Disappointing that after I booked the room, I received a email that the pool would not be open. I went to use the shower the day of checkout and it wasn’t working. The employee had no interest in trying to get a manager to go forward with the inconvenience.
