“Overall, this was a pleasant stay at the Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton. “Parking was great, quite a few entrances but all key card access only which is very comforting for safety, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had a friend who has medical problems and they were able to give us a room close to his in case of an emergency without any hassle and breakfast was hot and delicious, we loved the waffles and breakfast potatoes. ”

“We arrived at 3:20 pm. Had to wait until almost 4 for room to be ready. We were upgraded to a suite. Check in time states 3 pm Breakfast was clearly listed as 7 am start, food wasnt ready until 7:30. Eggs were cold, there was only one option for yogurt, peach, and one option for jelly, grape. There was only decaf coffee anf hot water when i tried to get coffee for breakfast. The swimming pool was closed. Parking was fine, room clean, bed comfortable.
