โThe area around this hotel is very walkable, nots of night life. My only complaint would be that the highway is very close and can be loud if you are on that side of the hotel, but it is what it is.โ
โIts a great place to stay when visiting St. Charles. It has ample parking with a nice fountain on the backside. Easy access to highways and restaurants close by. The pool is nice with a small gym to the left. Small breakfast buffets with french toast and eggs fruit and yogurt. There is a bar i didnt vist but looked nice. Room service was good. โThe staff that worked at the front desk were really really sweet. All staff would greet us as soon as we would walk through the door or come down to get food during breakfast. The rooms were clean and everything in the room remained stocked at all times. โ
โYou should remove the swimming pool picture. That was closed permanently and when I was reserving the room there was no notice about it.
My children were very disappointed.
The breakfast was not good(less menu) compared with another same-brand hotel.
The sofa bed was horrible. Very very dirty.
But the staff was very friendly. Not recommended for the family trip.โ
