“Staff is extremely rude. Called with questions regarding my reservation and they consistently hung up on me, ignored my call and refused to help. Checked in, and beds were soaking wet. Lady at the front desk came to the room and tried telling us the beds were just cold even though our clothes were wet after laying on them. Finally argued enough to get dry sheets and blanket and pillows were still soaked. There was a gentleman at the front desk this time that I handed the wet pillow too and he...

“Amenities was limited 9pm Amenities were shut down and also there were dogs in the hotel staff said they were animimal friendly which I disagree pitfalls in the building around families and small children, not recommended for a family visit, not everyone likes to be around dogs, the, are unpredictable, could bite someone, I most likely will not stay at a animal friendly place like Drury inns...”

“There is no cleaning of rooms except every two weeks. We had to take our trash to them. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was always coffee.”
