“This hotel is well suited to travellers who do not mind staying in an ordinary run of the mill hotel. With the exception of Carranda at the front desk it was in every way bland. Carranda was a real delight! The breakfast buffet was mostly made up of ultraprocessed foods, thank goodness there was real fruit and boiled eggs.”

“The staff upon check in was fine, however, the staff at check out was just plain rude (not just to myself, but I witnessed her speak rudely to other guests) She was "busy" chatting with a lady standing to the side of the desk and it was very obvious that is was a bother to deal with guests. The elevators are TINY which only matters because it's a pain to get the luggage carts in and out :( They charge for a late check out (by late I mean they wanted you out by 11:30 and I asked if noon was...

“I picked this location because it had a happy hour. We were staying one night. We got there on Sunday and we're told they don't have happy hour on Sundays. I couldn't find anything on their elevator advertising stating this. It was disappointing.”
