"The hotel is extremely ran down. The outside appearance looks as if it’s falling apart. The hotel tub water looked filthy. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke so much that I wasn’t comfortable bringing my clothes inside. The door to enter the hotel was suppose to require a key card but you didn’t need it because the door remained unlocked at all hours. Walls in the hotel room and outside the building had lots of cracks. The shower only got “warm” even though you have it all the way on the hot side. The tv did not work properly in the room. The outlets in the wall didn’t hold the plugs so we were limited to the outside connected to the lamp. Overall this was not a good place to stay even though the staff was decent. This property needs a lot of help!!!"

"The room was nasty. They gave me dirty towels and switched the room twice. The breakfast was horrible bacon was burnt pancakes were hard. Dust was all over the hotel. Hallways were dirty as well"

"Parking is easy, air handling unit works well. My biggest frustration like with all older hotels is the number of electrcal outlets."

"They over booked and had no rooms to cover our reservation. There was multiple families that this happened to after us that night as well. We werent able to find any were to stay till 2am the next morning when the Marriott at the airport got us in it was tight for 5 of us but made it work for the 3 days we were up there"
