An okay hotel but nothing to shout about

Overall I would say the hotel was okay, the pool area is good and there is a bar, pool table and other activities. However the bathroom was needing updating and not the cleanest, we were only told on the third day after asking the only way to get the room cleaned is by leaving they key at reception. The WIFI is terrible. There is also no free shuttle as the description suggests.

Loved the fact that it was all inclusive as we had never done that before. I understand the hotel is changing to half board, however with the friendly staff and beautiful surroundings that should not put you off.

Stayed for three nights. Nice hotel sorrunded by forest trees. Overall the hotel is clean. Food in the all inclusive restaurant is fresh and tasty.

Otel güzel bir lokasyonda ve çevre düzenlemesi oldukça güzel. Otel müdürü Hakan bey oldukça yardımsever ve misafirperver birisi ve müşterilere yardımcı oluyor. Havuz ile bağlantılı odalar oldukça hoş. Olumsuzluk sadece restaurant kısmı yer döşemelerinin yenilenme ihtiyacıdır.

Wondeful Hotel

1. Surrounded by a forest with views of the mountain 2. Beach 10 minutes drive away with free shuttle - shuttle needs to be more frequent 3. Staff very polite and helpful 4. 3 great swimming pools, 2 pool tables, 2 table tennis and a gym (not really a gym needs upgrading) 5. Food great and plentiful Highly recommended.

Anlage toll - Service eher enttäuschend.

Das Hotel ist quasi mitten im Grünen.Das hat uns sehr gefallen, alles sehr naturbelassen. Lage ist auch super..nur einige Gehminuten von der Barpromenade in Hisarönü, 5-10 Min. Autofahrt von Ölüdeniz entfernt. Die Dame an der Rezeption war super! Nun zu den nicht so tollen Punkten... es ist ein 5-Sterne Haus, die Nacht im Hochsaison kostet minimum 500 TL, der Service hingegen spricht eine ganz andere Sprache. Tagelang werden Tische und Böden nicht geputzt. Essensreste und altes Geschirr liegt tagelang in den Korridoren der Hotelzimmer rum. Die Böden in den Korridoren und im Eingangsbereicht spricht für sich! Gerade tagsüber an der Snackbar die Tische werden nach dem Essen kaum aufgeräumt oder mal abgewischt. Die Kellner abends an der Bar und im Restaurant sind höflich und nett. Aber die Bedienungen tagsüber, vor allem die Damen, sind sehr passiv und grüssen nicht mal wirklich... besonders an der Snackbar der "Koch" ist stets demotiviert und am meckern und genervt von all den Bestellungen. Wir können verstehen, dass es anstrengend ist bei den Graden in der Hitze am Ofen zu arbeiten, aber es ist dennoch sehr depreminierend solche Dinge mitzubekommen. Zur guter Letzt... das Hotel hat ein Shuttleservice zum Strand und zurück, was eigentlich super ist. Jedoch mussten wir auf dem Rückweg 45 Min auf den Shuttle warten, welcher trotzdem nicht kam. Alles in Einem würden wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und werden es auch nicht mehr wieder besuchen.

Relaxing hotel

It is a small 5 star hotel reseption staff are welcoming and helpfull, rooms are little bit small all are equiped by sofa bed , most of visitors are from england ,it is located between fethiye and oludeniz in green forest of high trees , number of staff are small for such hotel that made some rude in attitute with residents like in my family case we ordered snak he said i cant now i am eating my food and i dont have time now go and come after 5 minutes and same reply after 5 minutes without any respect , poor animation team and poor entertainment program , old spa center need to be renovated but lovely staff with affordable prices . It take about 10 to 12 minutes from fethiye and 5 minutes to oludeniz taxi are cheap thete

A little oasis

The bedrooms were clean, with modern bathrooms, a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was air con and a mosquito net. The downside was you could hear noise from the adjoining bedrooms. The hotel is well laid out in a beautiful setting with forests and mountains around. The town is 2 or 3 minutes walk away but totally aimed at British tourists without much Turkish character. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The food was good with plenty of choice. I like to drink wine in the evening but there was only one type and it was so bad we bought our own in the supermarket even though we were all inclusive. The management kindly got another make in for us after we complained but unfortunately that was no better. All in all i would stay there again because it is clean, comfortable and the staff were so welcoming.
