Finchville, Louisville hotel rooms at the Aimbridge Hospitality

"Quiet, very large rooms. Excellent breakfast. One of the best complementary breakfasts we have had at a US hotel."

"This hotel room had a lot of damage to furnishings. The sheet had a cigarette burn in it. The floor had some type of white construction looking debris. It would of only took a few seconds to sweep that and clean it up before putting someone in the room. It also had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke so we were unable to stay due to asthma. You could also smell pot very strongly. The area is a not great and I would of been afraid to leave anything unattended in the room. The curtain looked like it had stuck to the window and pulled apart."

"We loved the Hotel very clean decorated very nicely to match the horse racing theme. Casino very nice machine were not very giving lol. But we will definitely stay again. "

"Great location, very quiet and comfortable but had a few issues with the maintenance and cleanliness of the room. Would love to stay there again, but didn't like the feeling of being put into a room and moved to another room which felt as though that floor was for overflow uses.. cleaning could have been much better and minor issues but an inconvenience was bothersome. Overall I loved the hotel, the water pressure on the 4th floor was horrible and the desk light out was a problem for my work in the 2nd room I was relocated too. I wanted to upgrade to a better room, but wasn't able too, even when i offered to pay, due to the booking process which I thought was troubling."

"Unfortunately this hotel is starting to show its age. Room was clean, but starting to show wear. Breakfast was a joke. Hotel was full for a national archery tournament (for teenagers) and they ran out of food, coffee, juice most mornings. One morning there was only biscuits and gravy on the hot table. And only 1 waffle maker which was constantly in use and a waiting line. They need to up staff for the kitchen. I think only 1 person currently. Carpets in the elevator lobby is worn. Only 1 elevator for all guests and service people. We'll probably stay at a different hotel on our next time to the area."
