"Staff was courteous and helpful. Room clean and easy to utilize outlets, lights, etc. You order meals and pick-up at restaurant; staff helped bring meal to room. Easy walk to Bergen Airport."

"We booked a superior double room. It was not worth the money. The furniture was worn and looked well used and in a style that did not suit the room or the hotel. The minibar did not work. All drinks were boiling hot. The bathroom did not smell particularly good. The staff is very service-minded, friendly and nice. The hotel is located in a nice area. We had a view of the pier, which was very nice."
