"The front desk clerk was very unfriendly and failed to advise me that a parking pass was required to park in the hotel lot though she did take my license plate number leading me to believe that I was registered for parking. Because I did not have the necessary pass the hotel put a huge violation sticker on my drivers window that I still have been unable to remove. When I complained at checkout with the same clerk she admitted she forgot to give me a pass and attempted to remove the sticker herself but failed and we couldn’t wait any longer for further attempt. She never apologized, only said “well at least I got most of it”. The craft cocktail bar inside serves spectacular cocktails that are extremely unique. And though the bartender kept serving the young girls who came in after us first, we still enjoyed the experience very much. Highly recommend! "

"Wonderful welcome at check-in. Comfortable beds, living room furniture. A/C & heat quick working. Beautiful location and walking distance to downtown shops & restaurants."

"I would like to start by saying my husband and I used to LOVE this property. Unfortunately in most recent years it has gone completely downhill. The lack of empathy or follow thru with the staff was unmatched. Had to be moved out of our original room as the bathroom door was coming off its hinges. The second room was not much better with faulty light switches, exposed electrical in the “jacuzzi” tub (which also was not functional), the internet did not work in our room which also meant the TV’s did not work. The office did send maintenance to fix the tv’s connection issues ( he gave us a new remote and called it a day). When checking in, you have the option of a live person or a kiosk in the lobby which has a remote video of a person overseas that processed it real time. It is loud, overwhelming and hard to understand with the strong accent and possible language barrier. While they advertise check out is at 11AM, they have their cleaning staff start knocking on doors to move people along, we had our first knock at 9AM when we were trying to get two teenage girls and a toddler ready for the morning. The housekeeping staff also had an amazing storage location for the clean sheets in between rooms, in the ashtrays on top of the outside trash cans, while they were in bags, anyone with respiratory issues knows this is not cool. If I could give negative stars I would, however that is not even an option. Can honestly say we will NEVER be back to this hotel and recommend it to NO ONE"
