"Dead bugs in the bathroom. The reason I chose this hotel is because it had a pool my children wanted to play in for my daughter’s birthday. It was closed and looked like it had been for awhile. Every vending machine was out of order. The room was very outdated & the beds were very old and hard. Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. I will never chose this hotel again."

"I booked a hot tub room with Hotels.com at Burton Inn. When we got there the desk clerk said they didn't even have hot tub rooms for rent! We got a king bed room for the night with broken furniture, no remote for the TV, a refrigerator that had moldy, stinky mess (filled the room for hours with that smell!) and a door that didn't lock properly! For this we paid $70?!?!"

"The room was filthy and dirty. The towels and hand cloths were soiled, stained and dirty, so imagine what the carpet, bedspread and bed linens were. The motel lobby was dirty and the check in was located behind a thick plastic wall for security. Do not use this motel for any reason."
