"I called and used your app to communicate about my booking. The management company you had on file said they no longer manage. I had to make other arrangements to stay for the 3 days. They did reach out the day I was supposed to check in at 11 PM, mind you, saying they would honor my reservation. Hell, I had to book a stay somewhere else. Said they would look into getting me a refund! NOPE...no communication."

Since . This made me feel uncomfortable and unable to relax during my visit. I tried to resolve with Red Awning, but their communication is slow. I recommend that the host ensure a thorough cleaning before guests arrive."

"The pictures of this property do not do it justice! This cute, super clean mid century modern chalet has everything you could ever need. The beds were super comfortable, the main spaces for gathering were inviting and cozy. The views out each window are a visibly stunning green space. There is easy access to all the wineries in the area. I would definitely stay there again."
