We loved this property. The location was amazing, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk almost everywhere. The property is very charming and our room was very comfortable and spotless. We would stay here again for sure!

The room was small but clean and efficient. They have really got the check in process and communication process together. We had a hiccup when the City cut off water to do some maintenance, and Numa was very communicative, and agreed to a small refund for our inconvenience. There is a lovely restaurant in the downstairs, and the back garden is really beautiful and calm. The apartment had everything we needed, and compared to other "no desk" places we stayed, we had no issues with getting questions answered and other logistics.

Very nice place, backing onto the mountain and quiet. Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Only complaint which is not a great one is that it was too digital - the front door & room key were down for most of a day (creating an hassle because of the lack of onsite staff) and the wifi was down for 2 days, leading to inconvenience. Otherwise good place in a good location.

Nice area within walking distance to many great restaurants and places to see. We had 4 rooms. 3 of the 4 rooms were excellent. Room 107 was very small for 4 persons. We placed 2 persons in that room. They have a washer dryer that came in handy.

The hotel is a great base for visiting Florence, in a slightly quieter neighbourhood but still plenty of food and drink options nearby and all the big attractions are a walkable distance away. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean and secure. I loved that everything was digital. The idea of having the same passcode for the front gate and room made it simple for us! Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was walkable and close to the areas we wanted to visit.

Tuscan Beauty and Charm

My wife and I absolutely loved the location, beauty and charm of this location. Florence can be a little busy, and this is just enough off the beaten path and in the perfect location to offer the perfect landing spot for our time in Florence. The back porch, breakfast spot were incredibly peaceful and serene!
