“The host is very friendly and helpful. Parking is very easy and it is close to downtown by car. If you order breakfast in advance, they make it right there for you. It is delicious and the coffee is also very good. The bathroom is shared, but it is clean and not too crowded. It is an old house, so on cold days like January 2025, the temperature cannot be raised enough, so it is a little cold, but if it is the average temperature in Florida, it should be fine.”

“Roger greeted us upon arrival and was such a joy. He made it feel like we were family. The room is exquisite in architecture and with a balcony and private bath, it is perfect to sit and look out at the museum and people walking. It is a half mile walk into the heart of town which is perfect to experience Brooksville. Breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to our friends. ”

“This is the best place tp stay. Teresa and Daniel are the most gracious host. The room was so pretty and very comfortable. We loved the shower. The dock was a good feature to have, also. Had not been fishing in a couple of years and did catch a few. Would recommend the Lullaby B&B. And the breakfast was to die for. Yum, yum.”

“The innkeepers are so friendly and attentive, the rooms are lovely and comfortable, and the included breakfast was absolutely delicious! Only regret is we didn’t bring our swimsuits to take a dip in the heated pool. We would definitely return here and recommend it to anyone! ”
