“One of our rooms woke up to a good amount of water coming through the ceiling in the bathroom in the middle of the night, because the jacuzzi room above overflowed. The ceiling looked unsafe. They had to move all of their stuff and their sleeping child. We got an apologies and a room move. Would have expected some sort compensation or at least a managers outreach. The second room walked into a room that smelled like pee. We got another apologies and a room as well. As a hotel thats hosts...
