"Can’t fault the location right in the centre of Venice and 5 within minutes walk from St Marks Square. Had a single room tucked in the eaves of the building. Decent enough for one night. Bed quite hard - a range of pillows to choose from - soft to hard. Only downside was there only seemed to be one electrical socket to charge phones etc. breakfast was a reasonable quality. Decent enough hotel for one night stay."

"This hotel is located right off the ferry stop. A five minute walk. It's two ferry stops from the train station. Super easy. The staff was friendly upon arrival. We could not check in early so had to wait until the 2pm time. They do have storage for your bags. The room we had was a small room with a queen bed. The bathroom was nice and the A/C was amazing. Best we had in Italy. And it was self controlled. They have a small pool which in the heat of August was a blessing. I used it daily. You get a time limit of 30 minutes per room to actually be inside the pool. However you can sunbathe and enjoy the area around the pool as much as you like. And they have a bar there as well. I really enjoyed this feature. And between the a/c and the pool I would def stay here again. They have a very nice breakfast daily. Lots of cafe's around to eat and an easy walk to San M square. Great location. They have a rule against putting anything of your own in the room fridge or bringing any food of your own into the room. I found this off putting. However with the a/c and pool I would highly recommend."

"Because it is an anitique hotel, the couch/sofa I found them dirty. I got itchy after sitting on it for a while. It lacks luggage racks. The beds are ok. Breakfast are ok."

"The place is a beautiful old building that is kept so incredibly well. People actually stop just as they walk in front because they want to see the beauty of the place. Our room was so well decorated that you felt that you were in another era, and all the amenities were amazingly beautiful. The stuff incredible they were so helpful and the breakfast delicious and well served. I will stay there again as they have their own pier and you can take your water bus to the taxi place or straight to the airport. They will also arrange pick up from the airport to the hotel."
