"The rooms were nice. Hotel was very clean. I'm still old school, humans are still the best. AI checking in was very cold and weird. Still would like to see a person behind the front desk. I'm 69 and didn't like it, my parents are in their 80s. They wouldnt even know how to do any of that. "
