"Hotel was in a good location near Chinatown and close to shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was reasonably small however and the double bed was short for a 6ft person. Free breakfast was good but a little limited and no hot food. Overall, a good hotel."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. It is directly above a mall with lots of food options around. The Place des Arts is right beside the hotel, and the Palais de Congrès, Chinatown, and Metro station are all within 10mins of walking. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The only 2 minor issues I had was that my room’s towels were not replaced when the used ones were taken away. I asked a cleaning staff for new towels and she gave them to me. The phone in my room was not working. I had needed to call the concierge (the tv menu was not enough to answer my questions); and since the phone didn’t work, I had to go downstairs just to ask. Overall, a great stay!"

"Booked a 1 bedroom suite for me my daughter's...the bedroom was setup as a living room with the 2 beds in the main area next to the kitchenette. Very confused by this layout as the whole point y of paying extra was to ha e a bedroom for privacy. Instead it was essentially like any other room except a private living room. Makes zero sense.dont waste your $ on a 1 bedroom. Staff were friendly and location was great"
