“Room and property was clean. Staff messed up my stay and charged me twice for the room and it took a day to credit my account. Then the same lady was rude when my family and I were at the pool but let this other family stay past the 10pm close time in the pool area. One of the entrance doors was broken the locking mechanism wasn’t working so anybody could come in and out of the property. “We had a suite for a little extra space and we enjoyed it. The young staff on the front desk was excellent. The free breakfast was good, I'd say above average. The staff who managed the kitchen and serving area for the breakfast was great, more than helpful. Have already booked our next stay!”

“The free breakfast delivered to the room at 11 was good especially since we wanted to sleep in and check out was at 1200. The room was cute, but not very assessable for those with any issues. The bathtub in the room that we stayed in was a very large step or climb down. The bed was small and up against the wall which made it difficult for the person sleeping next to the wall to get up during the night. The staff were very nice and helpful. ”

“The staff was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Bed little to firm but good. Got up this morning to take a shower but tub and bathroom sink had backup water in it full of hair. Wasn't there last night but was this morning.”
