The property was dirty and unkept. Garbage was left a guest's doors and under stairwell for multiple days before being collected. Had to kill 2 roaches in my room and the floor was very dirty.

The rooms are very dirty. I had to put shoes on. My feet got black after being barefoot in the room. Only because i had ro take a showr i used shoes because my bath tub was gross and tiles had molding. The TV did not work. WORST STAY I'VE EVER BOOKED!! DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked this room for 2 nights, as it was close to the venue we were going to. We had a smooth checkin process, but as soon as we got to our room, the pleasantness changed. We first noticed that our room didnt come with a shower curtain. I picked up the room phone to call the front desk, but there was soda or something spilled in the headset and the phone didnt work. I tried dialing the front desk on my cell, but no one answered. My husband went down and picked up a shower curtain from the front desk attendant and put it up. The remote to the TV didnt work. The door stuck, so basically we had to shove our way in the door to the room. We noticed our bathroom and kitchen were over run with roaches, the fridge made a terrible noise all night, and the tub faucet didnt shut off. Around 1:30am, we were woken up by loud music and people yelling. Again, I called the front desk from my cell, and again no answer. We felt too unsafe to leave our room and walk to the office. Our smoke alarm started chirping around 5am and woke us up. At 6:30am the loud music was blasting. Because it was daylight, i went to the front desk and made complaints. The manager was understanding and refunded the remainder of our stay. Expedia should remove this stay from their site.
