The staff support was great but the room was rundown. The bath was cruddy the tile in the bathroom was old and dirty,the bathroom sink was old,stripping and cruddy, the inches on the door had heavy rust there were no toilet paper holder. I was afraid to touch anything, I was afraid to stand in the tub. I had to line the sink with tissue to put anything on the sink

Kay, the front desk staff who is the only one who goes above and beyond for guests was one checking us in. She is deserving of a raise! Room was clean and the housekeepers do an excellent job with short staff conditions. They need more staff and treat their overworked staff better.

The bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi was stable and easy to use.the water pressure was a bit low considering it's a measure to deter people from wasting water .I did find mosquitoes in the room the staff should have sprayed the place and I found a few cockroach bodies on the floor but overall this day was peaceful and quiet

We stayed 2 nights and the staff was friendly. However the room a/c was not cooling and the microwave was rusty. The staff was prompt on getting it repaired. The tub was slippery. Be careful when going in the tub. There wasnt enough towels for two persons. There was no cooking utensils for kitchen ( no pots, cups, coffee make etc). Building neefs some upgrading.

The property definitely needs to be updated. The tubs have cracked paint in them. The toilet was not cleaned there were poop stains which could have been cleaned. The tv was not working because they stopped paying their services. The WiFi was ok but I was also asked to pay for even better services. I shouldn’t have to see holes and have paint just peeling off. Was disappointed but the staff was friendly and I enjoyed talking with them.

Room smeels like cigarretes, dirty floor with broken bathroom door and the bath all rusted, amenities infested of people smoking when there was a sign on all the walls saying it's prohibited, staff was ok, outside with trash everywhere. HOrrible place to stay. Never again

I had to check-out early . I couldn't sleep because the room was infested with roaches. I bought some food went to take a shower to find them all over .y meal. They were all over and I took pictures and video clipst prove it in case someone tries to spin this

Staff was great. Room dirty, very loud, windows don't close, paint of the walls was peeling of, the window curtain damaged and not closing, bulb missing on the night stand, the bath top was more black than white , the support of the bathroom tissue broken and part missing, very old ac unit. Question, is nobody there to check? Next day we cancelled our stay, and we got a refund for the rest of the booked days. My suggestion, fix the place before renting it out. Thank you. T.Mots

This stay was a nightmare. I felt extremely uncomfortable because the place was dirty and disgusting. The bathroom was filthy, with black spots all over, and the doors did not close properly. The microwave was also dirty, with food residue left inside. It is unacceptable that I had to pay to sleep in such unsanitary conditions. I took multiple photos to document everything. This place deserves a zero-star rating.
