Worst hotel in the world. Don’t be fooled by the pictures they have on their website, room service is only every 3 days. And also, whatever price you pay, add more to it for when you get there. Let me add that your car will be towed also unless you pay a special amount per day for a street parking. Breakfast includes bagels, hard boiled eggs and banana. Please save yourself and your family some trouble and avoid that place.

The room I had was a good size with a King size bed. The property is older but the bathtub in the room was not in good condition neither was the toilet seat. The courtyard and pool area was nice. The parking sucked.

It was clean,.but no seating in the room unless you sat on the bed, toilet, floor, or what was presumed to be a barstool. The shower soaked the bathroom floor. The shower curtain rod was not set in place, it moved around.

The property was in a nice location. However, the lobby staff was rude and impatient and there was an unexpected large fee for parking. The property does not have control of this, but the other clientele was very shady, and it did not feel safe. Would not stay there again.

Property's super busy and staff don’t have time to communicate. All they do is check you in. The floor is dirty make sure to bring sandals. Don’t park in the street but parking is super tight. Surrounding is very nice closed to beach and boardwalk shopping and restaurants

The front desk guy was extremely rude upon check in charged us extra fees there is a parking fee as well there are no cups or anything more than towels in the room there is a big sign in the lobby that said 5 star reviews get a free gift which is the only way anyone would rate this place 5 stars beware bought reviews

The room price that Expedia shows is far from the real price. The parking is not free, they charge you additionally for services. If you book for more than a day and you change idea to check out. You'll lost your all refund. Bad experience.

Poor service

Hotel location is good, near beach and restaurants. Renovated rooms but fairly rough around the edges. Good amenities in rooms, including kitchenette. Service is lacking. I had message from hotel via hotels.com unequivocally confirming early check in charge which I was prepared to pay. Front desk staff would not honour the terms and said charge was almost double the quoted rate. Hotel must honour its legal obligations and indeed a good hotel will go beyond that. This cost is many hours as we were not given a room until well after 3 pm.

Dont stay here! Filthy, mouldy, smelly. Gave us both breathing problems and huge headaches. We switched rooms as soon as checking in, second room only a bit better. Appliances looked like they had been picked up at the roadside as trash. Cracked floors, missing cupboard handles, horrible shower and bathtubs had neen painted over, with flaking paint and mold ....and since i used a phone to book, somehow Expedia app booked non refundable....i never do that, but couldnt see. Bookingvwas made in haste due to Expedia sister company VRBO host cancelling our week long booking at another property. I will post pictures of these two horrible rooms when we get home. We had to leave after one night we were so sick. My wife is asthmatic, she had a very bad night. The windows hadnt been cleaned in what looked like at least months. Again, dont stay here!!!

When I checked in, the sheets were dirty, I had to ask several times for them to be changed, it was impossible to get through to them, I had to go to the reception desk, and this is another building, which is a 5-minute walk in one direction. The room is dirty, a terrible door that did not close normally, I lived for three nights, my room was never cleaned. The refrigerator was broken, on the second night I woke up and the whole floor was in water, no one came to my request to wipe the floor. The staff is not interested in guests. I constantly had to ask for everything several times. No one cares at all. Anyone could enter the hotel, the door was constantly open, and was not guarded in any way.Breakfast was included in the price, but, the breakfast time they only made an hour during this time, all the people who live in all their apartments should eat. You can't call it breakfast either, there was just bread, and they just opened cream cheese in a jar, as it is sold, and all people took spoons from there. I was also not warned about the additional payment of $ 59. It was terrible. I'm sure homeless people live better

Hard times to find parking, we have to leave our luguages on the floor . No telephone , no dishes for kitchenette, bed not confortable, very noisy. For the price it wasn’t a best experience
