When I asked him for a shower cap, he didn't have it at that time but he remembered it and found one for me, which demonstrated to me that he cared about the customer. The room is clean and tidy. The refrigerator and microwave in the room are very handy for us. "

"Checked inn on friday night to visit Carowinds the next morning. Check inn easy fast $50 deposit..Room was clean Microwave fridge and other appliances worked fine. Pool wasnt open think it needed maintenance they had it covered. Next to convenience store simple walk across the lot. The park is 3min drive literally across the street. Only issue was room key would stop working constantly "

"The room on the park side hit the mark for us. We left the balcony door open just to listen to the fountains as we unwound from the day. Staff was friendly. It was nice the had both an indoor and outdoor pool. We enjoyed the service poolside for drinks and food. "
