“The whole trip was a nightmare. Arrived to get faked out with pics of another room. The elevators were out. We walked all our belongings trip by trip to our room with the heat index high. There were no bell hops either!! Top the cake with a fire alarm falsely going off 3am in morning and told to exit the building which was in the rain!! The last thing told was ' ingnore it now because the system is faulty???!!! There was not just one thing wrong, pools closed for unknown reasons at all times of...

“The carpet in the room was wet by the entry dor and there was a terrible smell of mold. We let the front desk know and because was late they told us that they were going to give us another room. That never happened. The day after they you'd us that a stuff member was g owing to bring a fan to dry the carpet never happened. At the third day of complaining a cleaning lady showed up and spyed some air refresher but it makes worse. When we checkout we let the property know about all the disconfort...

“Location was great. The hotel is a little dated but the rooms were fine. The wood floor vs carpet does make it feel cleaner. I had an ocean view, not ocean front. It was nice to see the ocean from the balcony but I couldn't hear the waves. It was loud because of the air conditioning units outside of the building and noices from the adjacent hotel and cars, etc... I would splurge for ocean front next time. The on-sight restaurant, Salt & Lime, was very good. There was coffee in the gift shop for...
