"This motel is very bare minimum. It’s close to the beach, was decently clean but so outdated that it doesn’t feel comfortable. The roomed needs a serious facelift. We stayed in the back building in a king room and the ac unit was sooo loud, we couldn’t sleep with it on. Walls are paper thin and it just had that old, damp smell to it. Baseboards were dirty and all cracked up. With some proper tlc, this place would be awesome. Definitely won’t book here again but options are limited on the island. If you need a quick place to stay, this is it but if you want to be comfy, go elsewhere. "

"First and foremost, the front office staff is absolutely amazing! Pleasant and happy with a smile every time I saw them. Thanks, ladies! As for the room, it was super clean and fresh, including the floors, the fridge and microwave. Hot water with good pressure in the shower. Bed was comfy. and best of all, a super short walk to the beach! This is my new favorite place. Thank you Sandcastle! See you guys next week. "

"We stayed in the family suite. It was clean and very spacious. The beds were amazing 👏. The pool was warm. The property was clean and safe. Parking is very limited but convenient. The Breakfast is actually decent with some healthy options. Staff is always amazing too! We've been staying here for years !! Beach access super easy to get to."

"We had a 4th floor room and had a complete ocean view. Everything was very nice. My only complaint was the shower water pressure was pretty low. Check in was great the manager gave us an upgrade and a lot of info for the area.Check out was easy, just a call and leave your keys in the room and you're on your way."

"Vert disappointing stay. The unit was clean but very rundown. There were rocks in the washing machine I had to remove before using it. They want all the dishes clean before leaving but there were no dishtowels or wash rags in the kitchen. The rug was very frayed and the corners did not stay down creating a trip hazzard that was hard to avoid. The TV did not work the entire 2 days we were there. Parking is a nightmare you must be able to park in very tight spaces and we were often blocked and had to ask others to move their car. The location is great and with a decent paint job new flooring and ceiling tiles it could be a nice place. Definitely not worth the price we spent. The heated pool is a pool with a solar cover. BUYER BEWARE."
