“Booked the West End as a half ways stop when was up in Alness for a cup football match. We checked in quite late and let the hotel know, the room was good size and nice and cosy, the kitchen and bar was still open and the food was lovely, freshly cooked and piping hot. We added on breakfast and when we arrived and it was the same lovely fresh breakfast. Never caught the name of the lady who was on breakfast service but she was lovely - very talkative and attentive. Would def stay again ”

“My priority was free parking when I booked this hotel, and it was written that parking is free. But this hotel has only several parking lot less than 10. Room was clean and cozy, but i couldn't open the window. Staff were kind, and the restaurant was good too. ”

“Of all the places I stayed during my trip in the UK, Ardross Glencairn is the most recommendable one. From the check-in (genuine welcome from the receptionist plus informative), cleanliness (very much appreciated! I loved how clean the bathroom is) to location (my tour bus pick up and drop off is just across the street!) - it was a short and but very pleasant stay. I will certainly recommend this place to my friends who are going to stay in Inverness! ”
