"Enjoyed our stay. However, at check-out, was informed an odd 450+DK charge had been signed to our room number for tea and cake at the bar, certainly not by us. Charges were waived, but am concerned there was no room verification at time bar charge was placed."

"Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. You do have to request room cleaning and new towels every day. It’s worth it to buy the breakfast as it’s a huge buffet with a lot of options. It can get quite busy though. Very family friendly hotel"

"Hotel Hans is the perfect Copenhagen hotel. It’s close enough to stroll into the city center, far enough to actually sleep. It’s quiet, cozy, and the breakfast is the kind that makes you rethink your relationship with breakfast all around. Great way to start your day! Mimosas included with a fancy coffee of your liking. And the drinks? 2‑for‑1 cocktails offered at different times of the day, a free wine hour, and free late‑night caps that feel like the hotel is gently encouraging you to live your best vacation life. A calm location with chaotic‑good perks! What’s not to love?! I would highly recommend!"
