โCustomer service was top tier ! Hotel had everything I didnโt need to leave if I didnโt want to . Casino and multiple restaurants inside and you canโt get to the elevator to the hotel without showing your key card made me feel really safe โ
โVery friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Spacious and well equipped room with comfortable beds and functional kitchen.
Gym has great equipment.โ
โReally great place to stay. Staff was great, hotel was cleaner than clean. Continental breakfast was awesome! Only downfall was the pillows werenโt great. But still giving a 5 star review. I would stay here again. โ
โNot cleaned properly.
Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass.
I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips.
So disappointed.โ
