โThis is wonderful hotel and I have stayed here at least one night for many years. It is 45 minutes from Boston-Logan and does not have a parking fee. The renovated room was great with nice floor finish, contemporary style, comfortable beds and pillows, nice toiletries in bathroom, a desk with chair which is a must. Would stay here for several more years to come.โ
โBasic room but clean. Quiet. Customer service was excellent! Check-in easy. There were a couple of maintenance issues but they were resolved quickly. I would stay here again. Nice to have coffee shop/breakfast nearby.

โHands down the place gets a 5 star. The food was great the staff for the most part. We stayed there for 10 days for business and leisure. The only issue I had was the a bunch of dog poop all over the property because people didnโt clean up after their dogs. The lady that checked us in wasnโt sure if we could have a room because they were out of pet friendly rooms even after informing her this is a service dog for my special needs daughter. Our room was only vacuum once while being serviced and...

The location is unbeatable โ just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a cafรฉ and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient โ we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. Thereโs even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again.
