They have lots of little touches that make your stay more personal, like jute bags and eye masks in your room, ice creams round the pool area etc. The service is excellent and the staff are lovely and really make your experience here unforgettable. I just don't think the place is worth the price, and I can't understand why they would advertise this as a 5 star property. The rooms look like they are from the 80s or 90s - decorations are just very, very outdated and the room just smelled old (but it was clean).
