We arrived very late and everyone was very nice. The room was clean. The only thing is I wish they told us a little more about what all the hotel has. Things that maybe included. This did not take away from out experience. I would stay here again if we would come back to NYC.

Free upgrade and birthday chocolate at check in! They were really sweet! The room was super clean and loved that there was breakfast included. We had an amazing stay! Will return if we come back to NYC and recommend it to friends.

The hotel is beautiful. The view is wonderful. Everything is clean, and the staff is amazing. The breakfast situation, however is a sh** show. It's extremely overcrowded, packing people shoulder-to-shoulder into the elevators. Then, waiting in line for a table. Then, fighting the crowd to get food and drink. By the time I got to my table, my food was cold because I had to wait in line for each item. There are just too many people to fit into one room. I would rather skip breakfast.

Had an hour to kill before visiting relatives and spent it wandering around freehold raceway mall. clean, huge and crowded on a saturday, Nordstroms is a little dumpier than other Nordstoms I've been in, but overall a very pleasant place to shop.
