"The staff is very friendly and professional. The building is a bit outdated, as are some of the rooms. Our room was comfortable but had long sienna brown shag carpet throughout. The back garden has been given over to construction materials as it seems they were at one point updating part of the building (scaffolding remains). The parking was very convenient and there is a bus stop immediately in front that takes you downtown (about 30 minutes away). The breakfast was a good value. Dinner was...

"Asked for a balcony at reception and was given one, no problem. Room was a good size, staff friendly and clean. Negatives would have to be the shower enclosure. Needs attention to door seals as they kept on falling off. Overall happy with our experience. "

"Located right outside Konstanz train station, it was easy to reach on arrival and depart after exploring Konstanz. Hosts were very nice. Were upgraded to a room with Mountain View and the sea. Very clean hotel, with lifts available to reach all floors. Check-in was done smoothly. Heating and hot water available. Aesthetic room with super comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
