"This hotel smelled dirty, looked dirty and felt dirty. Pool, gross. Lobby, gross. No towels, empty shampoo/conditioner dispensers in bathroom. Our sink was dirty and clogged. After asking for towels for 2 straight days I was finally given the tiniest, worn looking towels i’ve ever seen. They looked like something you would use to wash your car. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have left this hotel immediately. Definitely do not recommend to anyone. Beds were comfortable and appeared to be clean, so I at least felt ok with my family sleeping in them! The rest, yuck."

"The staff was really kind, and you can tell that the hotel has been upgraded. But there is a weird smell in our room and it just didn’t feel as clean as other spark hotels."

"The property was clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk as well as housekeeping were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable in the room which was clean and pleasant. The shower was hot and soooo nice. I did not like the TV- limited access to local sports and the TV was not a smart TV so I was unable to stream. The breakfast area was way too small and the coffee was not nearly hot enough - a really big disappointment for me !"
