“The staff were efficient with the check-in process. However, staff were not present at the front desk throughout the afternoon. Instead, there was a bell to ring for service. There were components of the room that had been updated, such as counters and sinks. However, the bathroom door showed its age with obvious water damage and peeling paint on the bottom edge. “For a roadside motel this was above average, but not worthy of the rave reviews that brought me to stay here. It appears to be more of a bicyclists overnight stop. There is no early check-in unless you count the 30 minutes if you register yourself online. Staff arrived promptly at 3:30.
