"The room is average. Bathroom smells very bad and I think the bottom of the bathroom is empty. The breakfast was pretty good. The area of the hotel itself located is too ghetto for me."

"We had a wonderful time at HaoStay. The space was ample in the Watermelon house, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is a walk from the train station but you can get picked up and dropped off. We enjoyed not being right by the train station. Staff were very friendly."

"The drop-off shuttle bus taking us back to Kawaguchiko station (appointment needed) was pretty amazing free service. Thank you! There was no washer/dryer in the house or on site. It would be perfect to have laundry facilities especially the service you provided was the villa style/potentially longer stay/for the whole family."

"Everything was excellent, from the staff to the amenities to the food. The view of Mt Fuji from our room was extraordinary. We are a short walk from Fuji-Q Highlands AND we got early entry as hotel guests, so getting on Eejanaika before a line formed was perfect. The onsen is nice (but crowded) and free for hotel guests. The free breakfast buffet was amazing too. The highway bus to Tokyo will pick us up at the hotel, so transportation is super convenient as well."
