"Very welcoming staff. They arranged a heater as the room was a bit cold. They ordered a taxi for us. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good, it exceeded our expectations following the breakfast menu sent to us in email. Very good value for money "

"The room was fine, great bathroom. All the staff were friendly and polite. When I reached Damon's, the reception member of staff quickly realised I was physically disabled and immediately changed my room for a ground floor room to make things easier for me. I only used the restaurant for breakfast, which offered a really good menu with reasonable prices.I was sorry not to have the time to visit the resaurant for an evening meal. It was highly recommended to me by family members who live in and around Lincoln. I really enjoyed my two night stay and would certainly choose to stay at Damon's again and will certainly reccomend it to friends and family."

"Booked a one night stay as meeting up with a group of friends for a night out in Newark. My (standard) room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The bar/dining area was very cosy with local beers (Pheasantry) on draught. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay and the breakfast was superb. Excellent value for money - highly recommended!"
