"The first room we got the AC was broken so they finally moved us at 11pm at night. Staff was friendly but in the 2nd room the phone was broken so I walked dow and asked for towels they never came. Breakfast is decent but you have to get there early or they start to run out of food and plates. "

"The location is great and the staff are excellent. Rooms are clean and large. It's a perfect spot to stay for a trip to the Park on a budget. Only problem we had was the water doesn't get very hot in the sink or shower. "

The check in process can be better though No one explained me about the cafe or the pool In addition i extend my stay and needed to check out and check in again and it took so long to get me a clean bed. Otherwise the staff was nice and willing to help with anything you need and they also offer luggage keeping for case you arriving early or departing late"
