"This hotel is a perfect blend of style at a great price. I booked it because of the separate living areas and it did not disappoint. The staff, the room, and the breakfast was perfect! The only thing to consider is that you’ll need a vehicle to move around since the hotel is on a stretch of road that has no walking amenities. I would highly recommend it if you need a place to rest for 3 or more guest! "

"One of the best spontaneous decisions I’ve ever made; needed a place to stay during my motorcycle adventure through the Black Forest and this was amazing! "Unassuming hotel on the edge of town. Plentiful parking spaces. Girl on reception very welcoming. Room was compact, but well equipped and clean. Pine furniture gave a traditional feel. En-suite, again was compact, and again very clean. Shower was very good. Breakfast, served from 8am, was plentiful and varied, both sweet and savoury. Konus transport card was a pleasant bonus. We would happily return if in the area. "

"Lovely hotel, super clean. Convenient location and good value if you don’t mind a train journey into town. Friendly and helpful staff with a great restaurant and breakfast. Only critique is the pillows were quite flat and uncomfy and the sheets didn’t fit the bed properly. But the bed itself was comfortable."

"A very basic hotel near Zurich. Absolutely bare-bones furnishing (with not even a glass in the bathroom or bedroom!). The hotel bed was rather uncomfortable...making a good night's sleep difficult as well. Suitable only for highly price-conscious travelers for 1 or 2 nights. Further, the hotel seems to have very poor systems. At every step of check-in and check-out, they wanted me to pay City tax extra, which had already been paid at the time of booking. I had to call their Helpline every time to explain and then they would let me proceed. "
