"Our stay at the Uig hotel was perfect. The location is beautiful and very well situated to many of the best sights. The rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful from the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was the best. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to the Isle of Skye."

"Skeabost was an excellent choice for us as we explored the Isle of Skye. The hotel is beautiful and historic. The rooms were comfortable and roomy. The shower with tub inside were great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and Sue made our daily meal perfect. We had dinner there one night and the food was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel."

"Loch Eyre House is a charming and private bed & breakfast. The fact that it's 7 miles from the traffic of Portree is a big plus-- at Loch Eyre House you have quiet and a beautiful view of Loch Eyre. The guest lounge is a comfortable place to read or play cards if the weather isn't great. Our room had everything we needed, plus a balcony porch with table and chairs. David & Lynn are great communicators who give wonderful advice and make delicious breakfasts. We enjoyed our 4-night stay so much, and we're very glad we chose Loch Eyre House for our base for exploring Skye!"

"Exceptional views and very comfortable accommodation! Only suggestion for the owner would be to fasten the dishwasher unit to the cabinets as it tipped forward every time it was opened. We loved this location- so peaceful and wonderful to be so close to all the sheep and cows!"
