“Wonderful. Best Hotel in entire Europe. I guarantee”

“It was a good place to explore Oslo, because of its location. Anyway, This hotel isn't a typical one with a front desk. There was no front desk and no 24-hour staff member, which made us feel a bit embarrassed. We had to communicate with the hotel through an app, which I fiund a bit bothersome.”

“Overall the facility is good and the location is great. One thing I experienced is that the hotel has central heating/AC system. The room temperature is a little low in Oct, but manageable by wearing some warm clothes. However, the cold air from the vent somehow flowed towards where my pillow was. I asked the front desk to help but was told they could help nothing. As a result I ended up waking up with sore throat and running nose. The hotel needs to take some action to address this issue.”

“yes my family enjoyed staying at Scandic helsfyr”

“Temeprature was not changed even though I put higher temperature with controller on the wall. A bit cold during the night sleep. ”
