It’s 20 minute walk to the Disney resort, That’s one good thing. Our bathroom shower’s drain was clogged up and water stayed for a long time; so we have to walk on a puddle.

The rooms smelled like mildew, the showeres were rusted i stayed for 3 nights 4 days then didn’t come clean the room until the 3rd day,I called the front desk and they told me oh housekeeping doesn’t start until the third day. The lobby is nice the area where they give you. Food is nice but it’s all a scam once you get into your room it is disgusting. I would never stay here again.

Our stay was fine. The breakfast was fine. Was clean. But 6 days after we checked out we received an email saying they charged our card $895.29 for a broken window. A window we most definitely did not break. No proof it was broken by us, or that it was actually our room. I didn’t like how they just charged my card and how they still had it on file. We slept in the room and that was all. Upon looking at reviews of this property this is not the only time they have done this to a guest. It has been a fight with them, to the point I will definitely not be returning and I will inform everyone I know about the incident and to STAY AWAY!

The property is one of the few affordable 2 bedroom resorts close to Disneyland. We had a few issues however. The pool area was closed and there was no notice of this, we expected that after a long day on our feet sitting in the hot tub or soaking in the pool would have topped off the evenings. The room was only serviced every second day, and often there were insufficient towels left, the last time they completely forgot to service the room all together. If we needed a 2 bedroom in Anaheim again we would return, however if we only needed 2 beds we’d go elsewhere.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good as well. The only thing I had hoped for was use of their pool. At booking, the pool was supposed to be open a few days prior to our arrival. But, that was extended to 10 days after.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Arrived to find out the pool was under renovation. Was not notified in advance. Very disappointed. The bathrooms had peeling paint and one toilet wasn’t functioning. The bedding on the twin beds was two thin see through sheets. Not comfortable at all and came all untucked the minute the kids got in bed. Dishwasher rack was rusted out. Sofa was caved in it was so old. Cleaning was supposed to happen on day 2 but they didn’t come until evening when we had already returned to our room. ART bus to park was convenient but it serves many hotels in the area.

The staff was courteous, however, the condition of the room was poor. The sofa was saggy and had a huge hole with stuffing coming out of it, the bathroom had rusted pipes and dirty corners, it felt unsanitary. I didn’t want to touch anything. I would not stay here again.

Rooms are very rundown and bathrooms were kinda dirty and TVs didn't work. The lobby was really nice and breakfast was good. Pool was undergoing maintenance but they allowed us to use the facilities at a nearby hotel. Staff was nice and helpful.

Pros: the room we stayed in was a great size. The extra bedroom and bathroom for the kids was helpful. The hotel is very close to Disneyland and down the street from other attractions, such as Great Wolf Lodge and nickel nickel. There are a lot of restaurant options nearby as well. The waffles were great, too. Breakfast options were nice. Cons: Pool is closed, but property did not inform us that it would be closed prior to our stay. The fire alarm went off during our stay as there was an actual fire (the hotel was evacuated), but it was very disorganized, and no guests knew where to go. There was also no update or acknowledgment from the staff that while it wasn't their fault, it was something that should have been addressed with their guests. The garbage truck picks up early on Thursdays around 5-5:30 am, so if you are a sensitive sleeper and don't want to be up at that time, probably best to ask for a room that doesn't face the parking lot. The sheet on our bed was not clean. We attempted to call the front desk, but no one answered, so we took off the sheets/blanket and used the extras from the closet for the sofa. I asked the front desk for extra towels and was told someone would be up soon, but a few hours later, no one showed. Thankfully I was able to ask an employee I saw in the hallway, and she was able to provide some.

Property is old and the rooms need a remodel. But staff were extra nice and helpful. Pool out of service but they had an alternate pool next door which we appreciated. Breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property is in essentially a cluster of hotels. We have unknowingly stayed in this cluster before and this property is unfortunately the least nice of them. Now, the property was clean and slightly cheaper than the others in that cluster but, it is older and more run down, the service is not as good and after parking, you end up paying essentially the same. Service was not BAD but it felt a lot like when you are staying somewhere sketchy and they don’t really trust you until you’ve checked in completely. The rooms are older and much more run down as well. For example, they were not dirty but there was a ton of dust buildup around the light switches. Also, one thing to be aware of, if you book a one bedroom suite of any kind, the ONLY entrance to the restroom in the suite is inside of the master bedroom whereas most places will have an entry in the master and in the living area of the suite for other guests. They also didn’t have any sheets on the sofa bed even with knowing that we had a third adult guest.

Broken down hotel. Old. Smelly. Mattresses are old; sink in. Kitchen disgusting. No housekeeping service. Have to pay for parking. Have to pay for rollaway bed. Breakfast was horrible. Externally low shower pressure; took each of us half an hour. Expensive; specially how awful this hotel is.

Pool is closed and no work being done on it, so no eta when it will be opened, though you can use neighboring hotel pools. Breakfast is busy, and they run out of cream and milk for coffee early

At first glance and the photo's it looks nice. After checked in it was a different story. They gave us the wrong room and the rest according to them were all booked. The safe didnt work. The bli ds in the kids room was broken and stuck open so naps were i possible with the sun beaming in. The smoke defector went off once, called to have it fixed, then went off at 3 am waking my entire family. I had to take it out of the wall and walk it down to the front desk. Oh and the pool was closed, which is why we booked this place because the kids wanted to swim !! All in all, extremely disappointed!! Oh and the manager offered me free parking and a $200 dollar discount for all of this lol. Basically a slap in the face for kids first experience going to California and Disneyland!!

Old property - couch seemed dirty and tired, broken tile in bathroom, pool and hot tub was empty/closed. Staff were friendly and room smelled heavily like cleaning supplies so seemed clean, just old and tired. No room service either.
