“Nice place”

“The room was excellent and the staff is world class. The customer service here is exceptional and world standard. Everyone is friendly. Wonderful experience. Words are not enough, you just have to experience it.”

“Einfach gemütlich und gut gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal, charmante Zimmer und gleich ums Eck der Kloof Street. ”

“The property is modern. Awesome staff. Super helpful for just a one night stay. Walking distance to various bars and restaurants. The delicious packed breakfast was ready at 4:00 AM for our ride to the airport! Amazing!”

“Staff was welcoming and friendly. Ample secure parking. Rooms were neat and clean. Air-conditioning was a bonus. Beds and pillows not very comfortable though. Good use of pool and gym. Breakfast was a good spread. Close to malls and beach. Very good stay overall.”

“Super accueil! Personnel attentionné et très serviable”

“Overall our stay was very good, and i would return. However the biggest disappointments : very hard, uncomfortable, and SMALL king beds?? (And we’ve traveled all over the world, our bed was small). Several days we weren’t able to order hot breakfast even though we paid for it bc they were “out of a lot of things” (buffet was also lacking those days). I had emailed MONTHS in advance about a late checkout, and received an email back from the GM guaranteeing this with the cost which i agreed to....

“반갑게 맞아주는 리셉션과 케이프타운 다운타운과 가까워 편했다.”

“Very comfortable suite with a stunning view of Table Mountain. Extremely helpful staff and excellent restaurants close by. Our go-to accommodation when we visit Cape Town. Strongly recommended”

“To call the Botany House a hidden gem is a gross understatement! Upon arriving you go through a more or less nondescript door on the street and once inside it feels like you went through a magic portal. The gardens and especially the ferns are phenomenal. Peace and tranquility is in every square inch. The organic motif is carried throughout. The rooms are absolutely beautiful with no detail left out. Even small live plant cuttings in small vases throughout the room! It’s as if their mandate in...

“Perfect location for a few days in Cape Town. Very very close to Kloof Street and in walking distance to all kinds of shops and restaurants. Oh and not to forget: the most lovely hosts! :) Thank you!”

“I loved everything about Four Rosemead. The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. I felt totally looked after. Thank you Jade and Four Rosemead!”

“Hello, we stayed in room 3 at Ashanti guest house 1. Room was clean and comfy. Staff were super helpful. Some things we had issues with. The wifi was spotty. The room lights were difficult to turn off as the light switch seemed broken or malfunctioning. S Bathroom door was very loud and not enough privacy. The room keys shouldn't be branded with the company logo. If the keys are lost. It's very easy for a person to figure out where the key belongs to. Thank you so much. We had a comfortable stay...

“Awesome Host! Could Check in at 8am and left us the keys when Departing. Great Great Host! Super modern rooms and Great Location as well. ”
