"Saludos solamente es que los cuartos estan un poco deteriorados el lavamano el agua no estaba bajando bien. pero es un hotel muy centrico y tiene un lobby muy bonito. y sus empleados son muy amable y buena vigilancia te piden la llave antes de cojer el elevador y eso me gusto mucho pero las habitaciones necesitan un refresh"

"I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was unacceptable from start to finish, and I would rate my stay zero out of five stars. While the lobby is spacious and beautiful, the rooms are old, outdated, very small, and lack basic amenities like a microwave or refrigerator. During my stay in room 607, I encountered a series of significant issues: - Maintenance Issues: The bathroom faucet dripped constantly. Maintenance informed us they lacked the parts to fix it. Additionally, the in-room phone did not work. - Unsanitary Conditions: Upon pulling back the covers, we found hair and ants in the bed. - Poor Service: After reporting the insects via my cell phone, we waited an hour for assistance that never arrived. When we went to the lobby in our pajamas to get sheets, the front desk staff was dismissive and acted as if we were a bother. - Room Flooding and Personal Property Damage: While we were out, our room flooded. No one called to inform us. We only discovered this when our key cards failed to work upon our return. Some of our personal items were damaged by the water. - Inadequate Resolution: Dealing with this situation caused us to miss our dinner reservations. While I appreciate Gary from housekeeping for his sincerity and for arranging dry cleaning for our wet clothes, the manager Natasha appeared agitated and insincere. Her offer of a one-night"

"The double room I booked was not available upon check in. They gave me 2 queen rooms instead for the night. The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."

"Room booked was a 200sq ft room, However room allocated was a 10x10 room. Inspite of advising the staff that this is not the room . Inspite of advising the reception they insisted that this room is 200 sq ft. Reviews mentioned spacious rooms where as there was no space to keep bags with just 2 ft space between beds and Wall."

"I paid extra for a room with a view. The room I is faced the back of another building and I was told anything above the twentieth floor is considered a view of the city. This is clearly false advertisement and they did not offer me a refund or any other accommodation when I complained. The people at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. The rooms were small with little ventilation and the breakfast was not good. The paint on the bathroom door was peeling off like there had been water damage, the floor was gritty and the desk was not wiped down well. The highlight was the housekeeping staff who were always friendly and accommodating."
