"Front desk staff was excellent & so helpful! We left our room key in the room a time or two and they didn’t hesitate to let us right in. Breakfast was awesome and had a lot of options, great for kids. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four (we got the suite). Our only negative was that the room next door blasted music and stayed very loud in the courtyard until about 10 pm - unfortunate room placement that I’m not sure could be helped but just be aware walls aren’t super thick. Overall great stay & we’d stay again! "

"Linda at the front desk was amazing and so helpful! It is in a great location and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. The property is beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again."

"While my overall experience at the property was excellent, I did encounter an uncomfortable situation during my visit. I attempted to purchase a bottle of wine while an event was taking place in the lobby. The staff initially acknowledged me and began assisting with my request. However, the transaction was abruptly interrupted by another individual who appeared to be associated with the event or may have been staff who stopped the process. This interaction made me feel unwelcome and as though I did not belong in the space. I’m not certain of this individual’s role, but the experience was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise positive visit. I hope this can be addressed to ensure all guests feel respected and accommodated moving forward."

"Only stayed 2 nights. Definitely will revisit this property. Great location! Staff were great. Parking garage was nice and safe. Breakfast buffet was filled with quality items."

"Overrated, they have a daily amenity fee that no one tells you about, I asked and they say they’re charging for the nesspreso machine and coffee and the gym. The staff is mainly rude. The location is great, it was overall clean and I liked the toiletries. You can do a much better hotel in San Diego for the same price."

"Clean rooms. Good housekeeping. Comfortable beds and pillows. A beautiful view of the ocean. A pleasant walk along the ocean. The hotel is very beautiful. Friendly waiters. I was disappointed that I was promised a late check-out, but unfortunately, I was unable to extend my stay in the room for a few hours. This upset me greatly. I'm giving it 4 stars. It's a real shame. Sorry."

"Boutique hotel right in the heart of Coronado. Very walkable with restaurants and shops close by. And best of all the beach is one block away."
