"The views of the Lake and the close proximity of the restaurant saved this whole trip. It is a very nice and clean property but there were a couple things that fell short. 1.Water Pressure for showers, not enough pressure to distribute water and you could hear when the other units were trying to have a shower as well. 2.The thin walls, I could hear the unit next door to me when they had their tv on. Not really rest and relaxation 3.Lack of small light, there is neither a clock or lamp in the unit meaning that a ridiculous amount of light is on when you don't need it. I would recommend for a one night stay as opposed to a multi day stay"

"We sat in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting to check-in. I had to search for someone/anyone that could find a front desk employee. “Quiet hours” were anything but quiet. It began on the morning of our second day. At 8:00 a.m. is sounded as though someone was sliding furniture across the floor, followed by LOUD banging of doors and stomping up and down stairs. We were in room 101, which is right off the exit toward the room. The opening and slamming of the door was completely obnoxious! The "restaurant" on the property had a menu date of early March, which means it had not been open since. I chose this restaurant because it prides itself on the quiet serenity of an "adults only" boutique hotel. This was NOT the case. The staff had zero respect even after I texted the front desk staff about the issue. They offered us a free night for future use, or a gift card for the restaurant (that was not open). I declined and stated that I will leave my review accordingly and would not be visiting the location again. "

"Overall a nice stay. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony facing west. The indoor pool at the lodge that we had access to is outdated, and with only a single shower, not very convenient for guests who are staying outside of the lodge. The only issue with the stay was a guest staying above who made very loud steps waking us after midnight and later at 6am. Also, one of the deck chairs had a minor damage to its cushion. "

"We tried contacting management more than 5 times , first about a possible later checkout time and never received a call a text or email , so very poor communication . It snowed , no one put salt as there was ice , the porch light to unit didn't work dark and dangerous ,we are a older couple trying to get in the tub and drain didn't hold water , gathering room had no heat , can't watch tv from couch only from bed . The carpet was very in need of replacing and dirty, stained, had to go out to find more toilet paper in which it should of been included and only two washcloths to use for 3 days and no one to contact, no respond to emails, phone calls. Was written that someone from staff would be there from 2-5 pm on Fri. Saturdays, no one was there at all . Pillows were uncomfortable, , worn out , old , need to be replaced , horrible to sleep on. It could be a nice place if it was better tooken care of . It was our 45 anniversary so was expecting more. Seems like management could care less, only care about making money and don't care about customers. "
